People v. Ventura

Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Latella, J.), rendered July 31, 2006, convicting him of criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in the third degree, and unlawful operation of a motor vehicle on a public highway, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
