Plaintiffs Salvatore M. Caravetta and Robert E. Van Metre have filed a class action suit for damages in this Court. The defendants in this action, McKesson HBOC, Inc., Charles W. McCall, Jay P. Gilbertson 1 and Arthur Andersen, LLP, are also defendants in a multitude of previously-filed class actions now consolidated in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
