Mary Davenport appeals from an order of the Columbia County Court of Common Pleas which upheld the imposition *417of a one-year suspension of her driver’s license by the Department of Transportation, Bureau of Driver Licensing (DOT) for failure to submit to chemical testing in accordance with Section 1547 of the Vehicle Code (Code), 75 Pa.C.S. § 1547.

On December 20,1990, Davenport was arrested for violating Section 37311 of the Code which prohibits the operation of a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or controlled substances. She was arrested after driving into…
