Jon A. Gerbracht and Suellen L. Ger-bracht (collectively, Gerbracht) appeal from the March 13, 2012, order of Judge Dunlavey of the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County (trial court), which denied Gerbracht’s consolidated appeals from the revocation of a building permit and the rescission of a road occupancy permit.
