KELLY, Judge.
On February 5, 1968, appellant entered a plea of guilty to a reduced charge of mur*14der in the second degree and received a sentence of IS years in the Missouri Department of Corrections. Thereafter, on June 29, 1971, he filed a motion to set aside the judgment and sentence therein under Supreme Court Rule 27.26, V.A.M.R., and the trial court after an evidentiary hearing on the 11th day of January, 1972, filed its memorandum opinion and judgment denying appellant’s motion on the 17th day of January, 1972.
