Appeal from three judgments of the Supreme Court *962(Hanofee, J.), entered July 12, 1989 in Sullivan County, which denied petitioner’s applications for a writ of habeas corpus, in proceedings pursuant to CPLR article 70, without hearings.

Petitioner was convicted of second degree murder in 1964 and sentenced to a term of 20 years’ to life imprisonment. He was released on parole in 1975.
