CROFT, District Judge:

This case involves an appeal from a judgment entered in the District Court by Judge Robert Bullock interpreting prior court rulings and directing the manner in which the estate is to be distributed to heirs and devi-sees.

The appellant is LaMar Powell (Nerden) West, a daughter of the decedent, hereinafter “Lamar.” Respondents on the appeal are the Central Bank and Trust Company, administrator of the estate with the will annexed, and the three children of Florence Eunice Powell, a daughter-in-law of decedent, who filed an amicus curiae brief.
