h Cornelius Armstead appeals his jury conviction and sentence for the crime of forcible rape. For the reasons that follow, we confirm the conviction and sentence.

PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

By bill of information dated March 1, 2010, defendant was charged with forcible rape, a violation of La. R.S. 14:42.1. He entered a plea of not guilty. After a hearing on May 20, 2010, the trial court found probable cause and denied defendant’s motion to suppress the evidence.
