BEALES, Judge.

Victoria Elizabeth Dufresne was indicted and tried for robbery. At the conclusion of her bench trial, Dufresne asked the trial court to find her guilty of grand larceny.1 The trial court convicted Dufresne of grand larceny and sentenced her to five years imprisonment with three years suspended. Du-fresne appealed her conviction for grand larceny to this Court, *647arguing that the trial court erred in denying her post-trial motion to set aside the verdict.
