Currently before the Court in this proceeding is a “Motion for Reconsideration of Order” by Condor One, Inc. (hereinafter “Condor” or “the Creditor”). Brought pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 59(e) and Bankruptcy Rule 9023, this motion seeks reconsideration of an Order dated September 6,1996, wherein the Court disallowed Condor’s claim against the estate of Homestead Partners, Inc.
