This action was instituted by Charles Holzhauser, as administrator of the estate of Alice M. LaVigne, deceased, against defendants, Portland Traction Company, a corporation, and William L. LaVigne, to recover damages for the death of his decedent, alleged to have been caused by defendants’ negligence in a collision between a trackless trolley bus, owned and operated by defendant corporation, and an automobile, owned and operated by defendant LaVigne, in which decedent was riding as a guest.
