Cesar Vincente Fabregat appeals his conviction and sentence for conspiring to possess marijuana and possessing marijuana with intent to distribute it in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 846. We affirm.

In May and June of 1988 Texas Department of Public Safety Narcotics Investigator Dwight Hardin received information from another D.P.S. agent, Investigator Adon Balesteros, that a Cessna 206 aircraft bearing tail number N3422L was being used by a Brownsville, Texas, smuggling organization to transport marijuana from Brownsville to Austin, Texas, and other locations.
