Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Fred Eggert, J., at identification hearing; Robert Seewald, J., at trial), rendered May 18, 1989, convicting defendant after a jury trial of robbery in the second degree, and sentencing him to a term of imprisonment of 3 to 9 years, unanimously affirmed.
