This matter is before this Court on appeal from the Small Claims Court of the Municipal Court. The appellees, John B. and Vida Louis, brought suit on May 15, 1975, against the appellants, United States Home Communities Corporation (“U.S. Home”) and Velma Tyson, to recover a security deposit which had been made pursuant to a written lease between the parties. A trial was held before the lower court on June 27, 1975, and judgment in the amount of $151.00 plus costs was entered in the plaintiffs’ favor on July 1, 1975. The appellants, defendants below,…
