OPINION

ONION, Presiding Judge.

The appellant was convicted of possession of heroin and assessed a life sentence.

Initially, appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support his conviction.

The record reflects that Dallas City Police Officers executed a search warrant at 3701 Mallory Street in Dallas on June 5, 1970. While they were there, appellant drove up, took a black bag out of the trunk of the car he was driving and came into the house.
