Cleta Barrington was convicted on two counts of interstate travel with intent to unlawfully promote prostitution and there after causing acts of prostitution, in violation of the Travel Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1952(a)(3), and on two counts of transporting minors in interstate commerce with the intent that such minors engage in prostitution, in violation of the Mann Act, 18 U.S.C. § 2423(a)(1).
