This is an appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered December 6, 1976, *389convicting her of murder in the second degree, burglary in the second degree, grand larceny in the second degree, possession of burglar’s tools, possession of a weapon in the third degree and unlawful possession of noxious materials, upon a jury verdict, and imposing concurrent sentences as follows: an indeterminate term of 15 years to life on the murder count, up to 10 years on the burglary, up to 5 years on both the larceny and weapons possession…
