1Opinion of the Court

MURPHY, Circuit Judge.

Javier Garcia-Hernandez was found guilty by a jury of conspiring to distribute and possess with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), (b)(1), 846. The district court 1 sentenced him to life imprisonment. He appeals his conviction, arguing that evidence seized during a search of his home should have been suppressed, that certain testimony should have been excluded at trial, and that there was insufficient evidence to sustain the conviction. We affirm.
