The Defendants, Robert and Marjorie Valeu and Valeu and Associates I, filed with the Court on July 11, 1985, a Motion to Strike the above-entitled adversary proceeding. The Brief which the Defendants have filed in support of their Motion cites Bankruptcy Rule 7012(b) and Rule 12(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure as the bases for their Motion.
