— Affirming in part and reversing in part.

This action was filed by the appellee, C. Gr. Hockensmith, against his wife, the appellant, Clara Hockensmith, for a divorce on the grounds of cruelty set out in the last two paragraphs of Kentucky Statutes, Section 2117. The appellee counterclaimed, seeking a divorce on the same grounds and also seeking alimony and custody of the parties ’ two children, a girl 10 years of age and a boy of 8.
