Sudolnik, J., at trial and sentence), rendered June 21, 1991, convicting defendant, following a jury trial, of reckless endangerment in the first degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree and sentencing him to concurrent terms of 1 Vs to 4 years and 2 Vs to 7 years, respectively, unanimously affirmed.
