Reversing.

Randolph Noe was killed fin an industrial accident In- Harlan county in August, 1927, while working in the 'mines of the Wilson-Berger Coal Company. At the time 'pf his death he left surviving him his widow, Naomi Noe, a ’fndther' and father, and infant" brothers and sisters. The coal company was operating under the provisions of the Workmen’s Compensation Act. After his death his mother, Nannie Noe, and her infant children, Edna, Elmo, Beatrice and Rufus Noe, filed an application with the Workmen’s Compensation Board for an adjustment of the claim,…
