On March 29, 2016, a Grand Jury returned a five-count Superseding Indictment charging Defendant Kyle Stevens under Count One with assault with intent to commit murder in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 7(3) and 113(A)(3); under Count Two and Count Four with assault with a dangerous weapon in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 7(3) and 113(A)(3); and under Counts Three and Five with possessing contraband in prison in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1791(a)(2).
