Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of the State Department of Correctional Services which found petitioner guilty of violating certain facility rules. An inmate at the Great Meadow Correctional Facility, petitioner was charged with and found guilty of violating three facility rules as a result of throwing a handkerchief to a visitor in the prison’s visiting room.
