This is an action brought by plaintiffs Neal D. and Gay S'. Cowan, husband and wife, seeking rescission of a “Land Purchase Agreement” and the ground of misrepresentation. The district court of the fourth judicial district, Missoula County, sitting without a jury, entered findings of fact, conclusions of law, and judgment in favor of plaintiffs.
