DISSENTING OPINION

CALVERT, Chief Justice.

I respectfully dissent. I would hold the judgment of contempt void for two reasons: (1) The order Hooks is charged with violating will not support the judgment, and (2) the trial court had lost jurisdiction of the subject matter when the judgment of contempt was entered.

To put the issues in proper perspective, it will be well to point out what the majority have not held. They have not held that Hooks may be imprisoned under the terms of the March, 1961 judgment. They could hardly do so in view of the recitation in the May, 1961 judgment that the…
