Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County (Kepner, J.), rendered January 31, 1985, convicting him of assault in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon *838in the fourth degree, and grand larceny in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
