Plaintiff, Wolf Peddinghaus, appeals the circuit court’s order granting summary judgment for defendants, Carl Georg Peddinghaus, Caroline Peddinghaus, and Julia Peddinghaus, on plaintiffs fraud action in connection with defendants’ purchase of plaintiffs shares of a family trust.
