Petitioners, Ryan-Walsh Stevedoring Company, Incorporated and Employers National Insurance Company seek review of a final order entered by the Benefits Review Board (“Board”) of the United States Department of Labor awarding death benefits under the Longshoremen’s and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act (“LHWCA”), 33 U.S.C. §§ 901-950 (1976), to respondents Doristine Trainer and Gwendolyn Brown.
