The appellee brought this action to quiet his title to certain real estate in the city of Kiowa, of which he was in possession and to which he claimed title by a conveyance from the heirs at law and next of kin of Kate Craven, who died intestate April 30, 1900, while seized of the title. At the time of her death Mrs. Craven was a widow and left no parent or children or descendants of children living. Her next of kin were brothers and sisters and descendants of brothers and sisters, all of whom were nonresident aliens living in Ireland. The…
