This appeal involves another attack by neighboring property owners on a lease of the property formerly used as Woodlawn Hospital to Dallas County for use as a minimum security jail. Plaintiffs are Oak Lawn Preservation Society, a non-profit corporation composed of property owners in the Oak Lawn area, and four individual property owners.
