delivered the Opinion of the Court.
This is an appeal from a summary judgment for defendants entered in the district court of the fourteenth judicial district, Meagher County. Plaintiff Boyce R. Ballard brought the ac tion to recover damages for personal injuries received as a result of alleged negligence of defendants Vollestedt Kerr Lumber Company and Yambill Lumber Co.
