This case involves the appeal as of right of petitioner, Comstock Village Limited Dividend Housing Association and the cross-appeal of respondent, Comstock Township, from a Michigan Tax Tribunal decision concerning the lawfulness of the property tax assessments issued for the housing association’s commercial realty for 1982 through 1984.
