*143Defendant Leon Turner was convicted, following a bench trial, of (1) breaking and entering with intent to commit murder and (2) murder in the first degree, for which he was sentenced to imprisonment for ten years and life, respectively. Turner was also indicted but found not guilty of robbing the victim of a wrist watch.

This appeal focuses on the question whether proof of defendant’s fingerprint, impressed in blood on a flashlight found at the scene of the crimes, was sufficient, when considered with the other evidence offered by the Commonwealth, to establish that defendant was the criminal…
