*747Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Chemung County) to review a determination of respondent which found petitioner guilty of violating certain prison disciplinary rules.

Pursuant to three misbehavior reports, petitioner was found guilty of two counts of violent conduct, two counts of assault on staff, interference with an employee, refusing a direct order, making threats and possession of a weapon in violation of various prison disciplinary rules.
