SUMMARY ORDER This is Leah Boyd’s third action challenging the foreclosure on a home in Somersworth, New Hampshire.1 Boyd and her mother, Glenda Castleberry, proceeding pro se, sued the mortgage-holder and servicer of the mortgage secured by her home, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., in Strafford County Superior Court.
