DOWD, Judge.

Defendant appeals his conviction for second degree murder. § 559.020 RSMo 1969. The jury fixed his punishment at 75 years imprisonment. We affirm.

The jury could have reasonably found that on April 15, 1974, the defendant and Miss Debbie Heitman, the deceased herein, were students at the same high school, which recessed at 3:15 p. m. Shortly after 3:30 p. m., Mrs. Jean Meyer noticed a ear parked in the gravel driveway in front of her house.
