The Security Life Insurance Company of America instituted this suit against Y. W. Allen upon a promissory note executed by the defendant in favor of the plaintiff dated April 12, 1911, due December 1, 1911, in payment of the first premium upon a policy issued to the defendant by the plaintiff dated May 19, 1911, and from a judgment denying plaintiff any relief it has appealed.
