—Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (David Stadtmauer, J.), rendered March 7, 1994, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to a term of 5 to 10 years, and, upon his guilty plea, of burglary in the third degree, and sentencing him, as a predicate felon, to a concurrent term of 21/z to 5 years, unanimously affirmed.
