This is a suit to cancel two notes given for the purchase price in part of certain personal property, on the ground that the sale was induced by fraud, and on the further ground that one of the makers of the notes was at the time of their execution insane. The answer of defendant admitted the execution of the notes, but denied the allegations of the petition with respect to fraud and insanity. By way of cross-action he asked judgment on the notes.
