This was an appeal from a judgment refusing to set aside an order of the probate court allowing the claim of Eli E. Gift against the éstate of Henry Torson, deceased.

The heirs of Torson had joined in conveying the real estate which Torson owned at the time of his death to O. L. Lennen. This appears to have been done on the theory that there were no outstanding debts of the deceased. Afterwards and on November 7, 1921, the probate court allowed a demand of Eli E.
