This suit had its origin in the filing of a petition by Mrs. Laura A. Wallace and her husband, H. C. Wallace, against August Neu-mann and Paul Neumann in the nature of an action in trespass to try title to approximately 40 acres of land, not particularly described in the petition, but alleged to be off the north end of the south one-half of section 52, block 18, Texas & Pacific Railroad Company land, in Jones county.
