Plaintiff Fabrique Innovations, Inc. d/b/a Sykel Enterprises ("Fabrique") brings this action alleging that Defendant Federal Insurance Company ("Federal") breached its contractual obligations by denying coverage for a claim made under an Ocean Cargo Insurance Policy (the "Policy") arising from Fabrique's business dealings with a third party, Hancock Fabrics, Inc.
