STEVENS, J.:

¶ 1 James Craig Sneddon appeals from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of York County. We affirm.

¶ 2 The record before us reveals that Sneddon was convicted by a jury of four counts of forgery, .three counts of theft by deception, three counts of receiving stolen property, and one count of criminal attempt to commit theft by deception. Each count of forgery was graded as a felony of the third degree.
