I. BACKGROUND

This matter stems from an administrative action brought by Plaintiff against Defendant Information Builders, Inc. (“Information Builders”) before the Defendant Texas Workforce Commission (“Commission”) under the Texas Payday Act. See Tex. Labor Code § 61.001 et seq.
