Plaintiff commenced this action on March 21, 1989, claiming that defendant’s unauthorized use of the terms SPORT and STICK in the packaging and marketing of its Right Guard deodorant and anti-perspirant products has injured plaintiff’s federally registered trademark SPORTSTICK for lip balm.
