The controversy here arose in the bankruptcy court during the course of the administration of a bankrupt’s estate.
Appellant, Lionel Millard Smith, was adjudicated a bankrupt in April, 1959, and appellee, Edward N. Juhan, was duly appointed and qualified as Trustee of the bankrupt’s estate. A portion of the assets of the estate consisted of certain real property located in Arvada, Colorado.
