Defendant Yvette Kouayara was indicted on one count of conspiracy to distribute certain drugs following her arrest at a cabin near Spirit Lake Casino in North Dakota in November 2014. Kouayara has filed four motions, including two asking the Court to suppress evidence. United States Magistrate Judge Leo I.
