John Michael Ward appeals the circuit court’s order dismissing his petition for postconviction relief filed pursuant to Rule 32, Ala. R. Crim. P. By an order dated June 29, 2016, and following the remand of this case to. this Court by the Alabama Supreme Court, this Court remanded this case to the Baldwin Circuit Court for that court to make specific findings of facts concerning whether Ward was entitled to have the limitations period equitably tolled for the purpose of filing his postconviction petition.…
