The above resisted motion to compel is before the Court following hearing. It concerns the production of documents and information from physician peer review records. Subsequent to the hearing and at the Court’s request, counsel for the defendant hospital forwarded the peer review records of Drs. Weis and Atwell for in camera review, as well as records concerning Dr. Weis previously produced by the hospital, and records concerning Dr. Atwell which the hospital proposes to produce subject to the approval of Dr.…
